OUR REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation of your booking within 15 days of your check-in date: No refund or credit will be issued.

  • Cancellation of your booking more than 15 days prior to your check-in date: We offer a full refund, less a $15 administration fee.

  • We also offer a ONCE ONLY change of date which must be confirmed before 8am on the day of your check-in.

  • Your new date must be provided to us via email before 8am on the day of your original booking, and must be used before June 30th 2025.

  • Strictly no splitting of group bookings will be allowed when changing dates, the change of date must apply to the whole booking and all individuals in it.

FOR ALL LONG WEEKENDS AND PEAK PERIODS:

  • 21 days prior there are strictly NO refunds/credits issued and NO change of dates.

  • No refunds or credits apply for inclement weather which does not require the park to close.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued to those who have breached park rules and have been required to leave.

  • No refunds or credits issued for early departures or failure to check-in at the office.

 

In order to change your date, we will require the following information by email only:

  • Booking Name

  • Booking Number

  • Contact Number

  • Original Date of Booking

  • New Change of Date

Note: Our family rate is unavailable during peak times. This includes all Long Weekends, Easter and Christmas.
