What do you classify as ‘peak times’?
Our peak times are all long weekends and Christmas holidays.

When is check-in and check-out?

You can arrive anytime from 8am and departure is anytime before 5pm.

 

What if I think I will arrive after hours?

Please give us a courtesy call to discuss an alternative arrangement if you will be arriving outside of office hours.

 

Do you have powered sites?

No, we are unpowered however we do have power at our amenities for charging devices etc.

 

Do you have amenities?

Yes, we have hot showers which are 20c coin operated for 1 minute of water. We also have flushing toilets.

 

Are you pet friendly?

We are pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly! Pets must always be on a lead. We have zero tolerance for pet droppings not being picked up after.

Can we have campfires and are the drums supplied?

Yes, campfires are allowed as long as there are no current fire bans issued. We supply the drums; they are scattered throughout the park for you to place at your campsite.

 

Does the family rate consist of four children from the same family?

When booking a family rate, this can be for up to and including four children, but they must be from the same immediate family.

 

Can we visit for the day?
Yes, day visitors are welcome between the hours of 9am and 5pm. There is no fee, however all day visitors must check-in at the office upon arrival.

 

What does the kiosk sell?

We sell cold drinks, ice creams, coffee, bread and general grocery items. Ice and Firewood are also available to purchase.

 

Can you fish in the river?

Yes you can fish in the river and no you don’t need a permit. We encourage no bait otherwise you will catch turtles. The river has carp, bass and fresh water mullet.

 

Do you allow generators?

Generators are allowed, between strictly designated hours. 9am – 11am and 4:30pm – 7pm

 

 Can we save room for others if booking/arriving separately?

Yes, you can save room for others (within reason). The only area you cannot do this is section G on site map.
