* We offer a full refund 15 days prior to your booking date (normal rates) - less a $10 administration fee deducted from your refund.

* 14 days prior to your booking date, we allow NO REFUND.

 

* We offer a ONCE ONLY change of date which must be confirmed before 8am on the day of your check in.

* Your new change of date must be used before June 30 2024.

 

ALL long weekends & peak periods 21 days prior there are NO REFUNDS and NO CHANGE OF DATES, including inclement weather.
